This order qualifies for a refund within a 7-day window, provided all criteria below are met: - The policy specifies a 7-day timeframe for returns from the delivery date or in-studio purchase. For instance, if your order was delivered or purchased in-studio on 1/1/2020, the deadline for a return would be 1/8/20. Requests for refunds beyond this period will not be accepted. - Removing any tags will void the item's eligibility for a refund. - Items must be unworn and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Any signs of wear will render the order ineligible for return. - Return shipping is the responsibility of the individual customer. - No exceptions made.
