Delivery and Return Policy
The majority of our products are custom, made-to-order products. Products not labeled as 'Ready to Ship' or not listed under Ready-to-Ship section of our website, are not in stock and are made-to-order, regardless of whether you select standard sizes or opt for custom measurements. Therefore, these items are non-refundable and considered final sale.
- Delivery Time: Custom orders can take approximately 6-15 weeks to deliver. If you need it sooner, contact us at contact@studioeast6.com and we’d be happy to check!
- Cancellation: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled, because they be flagged to go into production immediately.
- Returns: These items are non-refundable and considered final sale.
- Custom Sizing: Standard custom sizes will be verified against customer-provided measurements before shipping. Any further alterations are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery Time: Items labeled as 'Ready to Ship' are listed under Ready-to-Ship are in-stock. These items typically dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery within the contiguous U.S. generally takes 2–7 business days after shipment.
- Cancellation: Ready-to-Ship orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of ordering.
- Returns:Items priced over $600 are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping Time: Products labeled as Ready to Ship are in-stock and typically dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery within the contiguous U.S. generally takes 2–7 business days after shipment.
- Cancellation: Ready-to-Ship orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of ordering.
- Returns: We accept returns for a full refund on items priced under $600 and that are in our Ready To Ship’ Section provided the following conditions are met:
- Item must be physically returned to our studio within 7 calendar days of delivery or in-studio purchase.
Example: If your order was delivered or purchased on January 1st, it must be received by us no later than January 8. (Please note: This deadline is based on the return’s arrival, not the postmark date.) - Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.
- Any signs of wear or removal of tags will void eligibility for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- No exceptions will be made beyond this timeframe or outside of these conditions.
- Items that do not comply with above will be automatically returned to sender and not refunded.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- When returning garments, please ensure
- each garment itself is secure in any type plastic covering to protect from any damage.
- If the garment is not package correctly and incurs damages in transit, the item will be non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
At Studio East6, we care about style—and the planet! That’s why we ship your order exactly as our designer partners would, including any garment bags, dusters, or branded packaging they provide.
We also make it a priority to reuse packaging materials whenever possible—boxes, plastic sleeves, and all. Our approach may look simple, but it’s intentional: no excess, no extra fillers, no waste—just what’s needed to get your pieces to you safely and responsibly.
- As is standard in the industry, some international orders may be subject to import duties and customs charges that are not included in the product price. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid upon delivery for orders shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).Brands such as Anita Dongre and Seema Gujral typically ship orders commercially, and customers are responsible for settling any applicable duties or taxes before delivery can be completed. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate, as fees vary by country.

- Customs processing times and delays are outside our control.
- If duties are refused or left unpaid, your package may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- Refund Processing: Once your return meets compliance and adheres to the guidelines for qualifying returns, it will undergo a thorough inspection and be approved for return.
- Your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
- Late or Missing Refund: Please be aware that standard credit card processing times will be in effect. If you haven't received your refund yet, check with your credit card company and bank, as it may take a while for your refund to be officially reflected. If you have taken these steps and still haven't received your refund, feel free to reach out to us after 5 business days at: contact@studioeast6.com.
All international orders are non-refundable. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review at contact@studioeast6.com.
