Founded in 2014 in Chicago, Studio East6 (SE6) is a trailblazing Indian multi-designer studio that was among the first to bring curated South Asian couture to the U.S. market. Over the years, SE6 has dressed a host of prominent South Asian actors, producers, and influencers—including Mindy Kaling—and has been featured on popular TV shows such as Netflix, and Bravo TV.
Women-founded and women-led, Studio East6 donates a portion of every sale to the Alzheimer's Association.

Rupa founded Studio East6 in 2014, leaving a Fortune 100 career to bring high-quality Indian fashion with a modern twist to the U.S. With sharp business insight and a strong eye for style, she built SE6 from the ground up, partnering with top designers from India.
As Founder & Creative Director, she leads the studio’s vision and creative direction, always putting her clients first. A Chicago native, wife, and mom of two, Rupa balances work with her love for family, food, and the Real Housewives.
