Returns Information
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. Ā We are extremely passionate about our customers and ensuring that they are happy. Ā However, we also want to secure ourselves against people who buy our product, wear them once, and then return it.
For our 'Ready to Ship items', we have aĀ 7 day return policy for a full refund with tags still on. This would be 7 days door-to-door upon delivery and arrival of orderĀ back to Studio East6.
Returns with tags still onĀ from 8 - 15 days upon date of arrival or purchased from studio will be issued store credit.Ā
Returns cannot be accepted after 15 days upon delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility for the shipping return to address listed below. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returningĀ an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.Ā
If the item is in our store as a consignment piece, it is non-refundable & no credit. We will email you accordingly.
If the item is not a 'Ready to Ship'Ā item, it will categorize as a 'Custom Order'Ā (whether you are choosing default sizing or providing measurements). Please see our custom order policy below.

What is your International return policy?

Non Ready-To-Ship / Custom Order Return Policy - Non-Refundable
If the order is not under our 'Ready-To-Ship category, we do notĀ acceptĀ returns or store credit for any garment(s) as this will be considered a customĀ orders (whether you are choosing default sizing or providing measurements). All non-ready-to-ship and custom orders are final sale. If there isĀ production defect with an order,Ā Ā please contact contact@studioeast6.comĀ within 48 hours of deliveryĀ with comprehensive details along with images of the product delivered Please note we are not able to assist after 48 hours.

Please note that custom sizes will be checked against measurements taken or provided by customer before shipping or delivery.Ā We do hold all final measurement check images up to 14 days after shipping or pick-up, feel free to ask.
Since we do not charge additional fees for most custom size orders, any additional alterations are to be taken care of per customer. Alterations can be due to numerous factors: such as weight fluctuations, accuracy of measurements (if provided by customer), dress style, etc. Bust and waist sizing fluctuate frequently and commonly. Therefore, each piece is built with additional margin to let out, if needed per customer.Ā Additionally, thereĀ may be slight color variations due what is photographed and actual pieces due to lighting of photo(s), ordersĀ being is custom dyed, laptop/computer settings, etc

Please note thatĀ we cannot refund any additional charges spent on expedited shipping.

- Non-clothing items or Accessories (this includes all jewelry, shoes, handbags, purses, belts, headpieces, arm cuffs, or anyĀ itemĀ that is non-clothing related)

RefundĀ Processing Times
Once your return is received, inspected, and you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take up to 48 hours.
Late or missing refund:
If you havenāt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youāll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnāt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
