Delivery Information
All in stock products are shipped to order. Free shipping within the continental US on all orders over $100; flat $10 shipping for all orders under $100. Expect transit times to be approximately 3 -5 business days for standard shipping. Tracking information is provided upon shipping. International Shipping is available for an additional fee  
 
Returns Information

We really want you to be happy with your purchase.  We are extremely passionate about our customers and ensuring that they are happy.  However, we also want to secure ourselves against people who buy our product, wear them once, and then return it.

For our 'Ready to Ship items', we have a 7 day return policy for a full refund. This would be 7 days door-to-door upon arrival of garment(s) back to Studio East6 or purchase(s) made directly from the studio location. Returns from 8 - 15 days upon date of arrival or purchased from studio will be issued store credit. Returns cannot be accepted after 15 days. It is the customer's responsibility for the shipping return to address listed below. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

If the item is not a 'Ready to Ship' item, it will categorize as a 'Custom Order' (whether you are choosing default sizing or providing measurements). Please see our custom order policy below.

What is your International return policy?

For our 'Ready to Ship' items, we have a 14 day return policy for a full refund for unworn and undamaged merchandise. Tags must be left on the garment. This would be 14 days door-to-door upon arrival of garment(s) back to Studio East6 or purchase(s) made directly from the studio location. Returns from 15 - 20 days upon date of arrival or purchased from studio will be issued store credit for unworn and undamaged merchandise. Tags must be left on the garment. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days and exchanges cannot be accepted after 20 days. It is the customer's responsibility for the shipping return to address listed below. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Custom Order Return Policy - Non-Refundable

We do not accept returns or store credit for any garment(s) on custom orders, unless there is a production defect with the garment. 

Please note that custom sizes will be checked against measurements taken or provided by customer before shipping or delivery. Since we do not charge additional fees for most custom size orders, any additional alterations are to be taken care of per customer. Alterations can be due to numerous factors: such as weight fluctuations, accuracy of measurements (if provided by customer), dress style, etc. Bust and waist sizing fluctuate frequently and commonly. Therefore, each piece is built with additional margin to let out, if needed per customer. Additionally, there may be slight color variations due what is photographed and actual pieces due to lighting of photo(s), orders being is custom dyed, laptop/computer settings, etc

Returns - Expedited Shipping Charges

Please note that we cannot refund any additional charges spent on expedited shipping.

Refund Processing Times

Once your return is received, inspected, and you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take up to 48 hours.

Late or missing refund:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
